All organisations experience problems which plague their operations, impacting on profits and creating customer dissatisfaction. Most organisations try to fix these problems quickly without ever finding what caused them in the first place and inevitably they reappear. This seminar will prompt you to:
* Utilise Root Cause Analysis as a tool for continuous system improvement
* Identify barriers and the cause of problems so that permanent solutions can be found
* Develop a logical approach to problem solving
* Promote a problem solving culture
