SQF Implementation

The SQF 1000 and SQF 2000 Supplier Assurance Codes are owned by the Food Marketing Institute (FMI) and are benchmarked by the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) and are being adopted as supplier standards by global retailers. In Australia, they are included as preferred supplier standards for Coles housebrand suppliers. This course is delivered under license to the Safe Quality Food Institute for food safety professionals involved in implementing or maintaining a SQF 1000 or 2000 system. An understanding of the principles and application of HACCP is mandatory for anyone attending this course.
